I’ve realized that all I eat are brussels sprouts.  Brussels sprouts and arugula (not together, of course.)  Somewhere between my teenage rebellion and my late-20’s, I’ve become a complacent vegetarian.  Celebrate cheese! Dream of bacon!  Nachos are delicious if all else fails!  Don’t make a fuss if everything your family serves at Christmas is doused in meat juice!!
I started this blog for the bored vegetarian.  For those of us who are jealous of a simple poached salmon with lemon and dill; who dream of ordering mashed potatoes as a side, instead of as a main dish; who realize that not every veg meal has to include portobella mushrooms.. This blog is for people who are bored too.
