I made it up as I went! Onions & fennel first, then yams. Cooked mushrooms in butter, added those, threw quinoa on top, covered with white wine and some water, sprigs of rosemary… cooked covered until quinoa was al dente, tossed kale on top and let it steam. Salt & pepper.
