I knew my blog anniversary was coming up, but just thought to check exactly when… Turns out it’s today!
I started The Bored Vegetarian in hopes of becoming a better cook, photographer and writer, as well as to push myself out of the vegetarian food rut I’d gotten into after 15 years of not eating meat. I hope you’ve been inspired along the way.
